Richelle Hobbs is a leadership advisor and executive coach that helps leaders and their teams enhance their awareness and performance in organizations. She leverages her expertise in learning and development, along with her business acumen to assist leaders in seizing opportunities to improve and sustain targeted results.
Richelle has a wealth of experience working with leaders at all levels of an organization, with a majority of her coaching work partnering with senior executives. Her expertise lies in helping leaders work through transitions, opportunities and challenges so they can transform their learning into increased purpose and passion for themselves and results for their organizations. Her clients describe her coaching style as purposeful, empowering and actionable. They appreciate the co-active way she works with them to build self-awareness, develop new behaviors, and establish and nurture strong relationships that help them see more clearly, lead more intentionally and live more fully.
Over the past 20 years, Richelle has worked with a variety of global clients, including Google, Microsoft, Boeing, Chanel, Coca-Cola, Sanofi, Roche Diagnostics China, Boehringer Ingelheim, BNP Paribas, Citibank, KPMG, PSP Partners, Scotia Bank, The Hartford, Unilever, and Union Pacific to design and deliver innovative leadership solutions. She has consulted, coached and led client work for Duke Corporate Education (ranked by Financial Times in the top three custom executive education providers for the last two decades) in both its London, UK and Durham, NC – USA offices. Richelle has also been a Director and Faculty member at The Advisory Board Academies in Washington, DC, partnering with executives from leading United States health systems to structure, facilitate and teach strategic leadership development programs at executive, middle and front-line management levels. In addition, Richelle has a rich consulting background that includes collaborating with enterprise-wide executive leadership at WellPoint, Inc. to identify, pursue and realize opportunities for enhancing effectiveness, profitability and resource utilization to deliver multi-million dollar annual returns.
