Jason Sackett is a Los Angeles-based executive coach who brings additional skill sets of coaching supervision and clinical social work that amplify his coaching range and effectiveness. Although he is known for his expertise in human behavior, motivation, relationships, and communication, he also brings decades of experience coaching inside large business environments. As a behavioral expert, Jason has helped many leaders overcome conflict, chronic grievances, prickly colleagues, and even their own passionate drive for progress when it has worked against them.

Industry Experience

Jason has over 17 years of coaching experience in health care, university, corporate, and small business settings. He has over 27 years of total post-graduate experience including coaching, training and development, management consultation, employee assistance, and clinical social work. Jason has also trained and mentored novice coaches, supervised expert-level coaches, taught graduate-level courses, facilitated over 400 workshops, produced numerous articles and educational video clips for managing workplace conflict, co-wrote Compassion@Work (2017), and has served in supervisory and executive roles. He can practice fluently in Spanish.

Education

Jason holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Industrial Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley. He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), is licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW) in California, and holds a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) credential.
